Song of Songs:

Enjoying the Holy of Holies

What kind of relationship does God want with us? The Song of Songs sheds light on the answer. Poetic and sparkling with beauty, the Song’s eight chapters portray God and his people in an enigma.

This journey will take you on an adventure with your Lord, breaking the chains of religion as you celebrate and sing with your King. We will interpret the Song of Songs in the classic way of the Rabbis and Church Fathers, seeing the Lord as our Bridegroom and ourselves as his bride.

Get ready to deepen your love for Jesus and marvel at his glory. Learn to enjoy him in the Holy of Holies and discover the meaning of "I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine" (Song 6:3).

The Secret of the Lord

Unveiling the Prophets & Writings

What is the secret of the Lord? In The Secret of the Lord, we will unveil the essence of the Prophets (Nevi'im) and Writings (Ketuvim). Our goal is to uncover the secrets these holy books hold and how they connect with one.

We will discover that these writings balance and illuminate one another. On the one hand, we have the Psalms, exemplifying the purest devotion amid life's pain and perplexities. On the other hand, we have the straightforward guidance of the Proverbs. Then, alongside the Writings, stand the Prophets with their burning heart for God and their call for covenant loyalty.

What can we learn by comparing these books? Psalm 25 states, "The secret of the Lord is for those who fear Him, and He will make them know His covenant" (Psalm 25:14, NASB).

God’s Artistry:

Understanding Poetry, Symbolism & Imagination

Did you know that at least one-third of the Bible is poetry? Yet, it's the Bible’s poetry that is often lost in translation.

Our purpose in God's Artistry is to recover God's artfulness in his Word and uncover its meaning. In the process, we will come to know God is more vibrant, colourful and imaginative than we first thought.

Symbolism and imagery are significant features in the Bible's poetry and stories. But what do these symbols and images mean? As we discover God's creativity, the Holy Spirit will ignite your creativity, and you’ll express God’s beauty in prose, poetry, art, craft and songs.

Psalm 45:1 captures this creativity: "My heart overflows with a good theme; I address my verses to the King; My tongue is the pen of a ready writer" (Psalm 45:1, NASB).
